Run by experienced PCRS-UK respiratory clinicians with guest speaker Catherine Blackaby, an independent coach, facilitator and trainer, this event will teach you:
- Why it is important to be clear about the aim and scope of your project
- Key steps/principles needed to lead to a successful project
- Tools and techniques you can use to turn your plan into a reality
- Key people to engage to make your project happen
This workshop is part of the PCRS-UK Respiratory Clinical Leadership programme. Participating in these workshops, held twice a year over a 2-3 year period, will enable you to build your breadth and depth of skills and knowledge and join a supportive network of experts and fellow participants.
