Royal College of Physicians: Supporting teams to improve smoking cessation

'Supporting teams to improve smoking cessation in the acute care setting' is a 9 month QI course aimed at clinical teams working on smoking cessation in their Trusts. Designed by the RCP QI Programme it will consist of 3 one day learning sessions, starting on the 24th September 2018.

Physicians and their teams will be supported to implement improvements smoking cessation services in Hospitals, using an evidence-based approach. You will join with other teams at the learning sessions to share practice and will be updated in methods of implementing and sustaining change for measurable improvements in care. Teams will receive coaching support in action periods between the sessions.
