British Thoracic Society Guideline for Pleural Disease

This Guideline provides advice on the investigation and management of:

a. Spontaneous pneumothorax 
b. Undiagnosed unilateral pleural effusion
c. Pleural infection
d. Pleural malignancy

This has also been published in conjunction with the corresponding BTS Clinical Statement on Pleural Procedures.
